Thanks to my trusty informant we believe Verizon might be very close, if not at approval, of OS 5.0 for the BlackBerry Tour.  Why it has taken Verizon so long to do this when multiple carriers have already given their 5.0 blessings I am not sure.  If this turns out to be true then the 9650 will be available very soon after, maybe even a week or 2.  This looks right on target as the same informant told us the 9650 should be available around the first or second week of March.  We shall see!
